Sales of the Top 100 Foodservice Operators in Europe grew only slightly in 2003
to €58.7 billion compared with €57.8 billion a year earlier.
Growth 2001-2002

Currency fluctuations explained much of this poor performance. In constant
currency terms the Top 100 grew by over 3% in the year.
The companies comprising the Top 10 remained despite the fact that sales
declined in half of the companies. These Top 10 continue to dominate the list with a
