The Out of Home Group (OHG) is run by the Food and Drink Federation (FDF). It is made up of senior food services company representatives with direct responsibility for dealing with distributors and end-operators in the catering, food service, leisure, entertainment, agency, local authority and state sector.

The group meets on a quarterly basis, where it discusses issues affecting the sector, as well as keeping abreast of the needs and requirements of the key players in the out of home sector.

To keep abreast of the needs and requirements of the key players in the out of home sector the Group invites to its meetings senior representatives from the principal operators eg McDonalds, Compass, Brakes, 3663, LACA, Prison Service etc.

The Group recently made a presentation on the OHG (pdf, 684kb) at Catersummit 2005, providing an overview of the group and key issues for its members.
