This foodservice website has been put together by the Food and Drink Federation's Out of Home Group (OHG), which represents the UK's leading food and drink suppliers to the Out of Home/foodservice sector. The out of home sector is a term used to cover a wide range of services and products used from restaurants and hotels to hospitals and prisons.

This site aims to be THE definitive source of information on the foodservice industry.

In addition to providing essential information on the out of home sector, we will be regularly updating the site to ensure we reflect the key issues currently being debated by the industry.

In conjunction with market research specialist – Horizons FS Ltd – Latest Market Trends address a specific industry trend of current interest, while the Guest Article section contains thoughts and comments from leading names within the foodservice operator and distributor base.
